1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using m999.bz in any capacity — whether browsing, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and m999.

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any associated balances and pending bonuses.

3 Account Security

Your m999 account login credentials — including your username and password — are your personal responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. m999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including bets placed, games played and transactions processed. 6 Sports Betting Rules

The m999 sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sports. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.

m999 offers both pre-match and live in-play betting. Odds on live markets can change rapidly, and it is the player's responsibility to confirm the odds displayed before confirming a bet. m999 is not liable for bets placed at incorrect odds due to player error or delay between placement and confirmation.

• Bets on suspended, abandoned or cancelled events will typically be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
• In-play bets confirmed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.

• m999 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account without prior notice where suspicious or irregular betting patterns are identified.
• Any bets placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement (insider information) will be voided and the account subject to investigation.

For cricket betting specifically, the following additional rules apply: rain-affected matches where fewer than the minimum required overs are bowled will be subject to the official result as determined by the relevant cricket board (DLS method or similar). m999 follows the official match result for settlement purposes in all cases.

7 Casino & Game Rules

The m999 game lobby includes live casino tables, slot games and fish shooting games. Each game is governed by its own rules which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before playing.

All game outcomes on m999 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer action in the case of live casino tables. m999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical results do not influence or predict future results in any game.

m999 actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, m999 reserves the right to suspend an account immediately pending investigation, to void affected bets and game results, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

m999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred or is likely to occur. This includes but is not limited to cases involving fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, m999 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, balances may be forfeited in full. If no breach is found, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion options are also available through the Responsible Gaming tools described in Section 10. Please note that closing or self-excluding an account does not automatically cancel any pending bets that have already been placed.

10 Responsible Gaming
